Lille SUPREM fit is an all-in-one product with adhesive tabs, suitable for moderate to heavy incontinence. This pad is designed for people who have heavy incontinence or who have lost part of their independence.
The all-in-one Lille SUPREM fit is also especially suitable for faecal incontinence. It also ensures comfort and protection thanks to its repositionable adhesive tabs. A wetness indicator allows you to check the saturation level of the product and indicates when you need to change it.
These products are 100% breathable and hypoallergenic for improved skin protection.

Wetness Indicator
It is not necessary to open the pad to check the saturation of the product. In fact, the Lille SUPREM products have a wetness indicator. This enables you, from the outside, to check if the pad needs to be changed. The yellow line turns blue as the product becomes more saturated, until the blue line disappears.

How to put on our pads in pictures
Once you have taken the pad out of its packaging, shape it into a chute, then place it as indicated opposite in a standing position or on a person lying down. Make sure to position the product at the crotch and close it up as indicated it with the side tabs.
The components
Our products
At Lille Healthcare, we have decided not to hide anything and to disclose precisely what our products are made of. In a transparent manner, we have chosen to present a product from the Lille Suprem Fit range, which is the most complete and presents the most components.
Made of (non woven) polypropylene and polyethylene, this ultra-soft, micro-perforated layer lets the skin breathe to give it better comfort, all while remaining totally watertight.
The pad is made of 100% natural cellulose fibres derived from wood and protected by a PEFC label, guaranteeing a responsible supply chain. These fibres are guaranteed ECF chlorine treatment free. Sodium polyacrylate (named super-absorbent and present in all absorbent products) is integrated in the layer to retain liquids and lock moisture inside the pad (the liquid turns into gel). The absorbent pad is guaranteed free of 26 allergens listed by the EU, without perfume and lotion. The cellulose fibres absorb and distribute liquids within the pad for rapid absorption of the liquid during urination. They are combined with a super absorbent which allows them to retain the liquid by absorbing 20 times its weight and by transforming it into gel.
Made of Polypropylene, the acquisition layer is positioned under the interior layer. It allows the skin to be isolated from the moisture of the pad and guarantees optimal dryness.
The surface layer is made of non-woven polypropylene. This very soft material transfers liquids towards the absorbent pad while keeping the skin dry to provide security and comfort. The hydrophobic anti-leakage barriers are present in some products: they are made of the same material.
The side panels are made of non-woven polypropylene. They perfectly adapt to the user’s body shape for an ideal fit, in particular during movement.
The adhesive tabs are made of thermoplastic polymers and allow you to close it securely and keep the product in place, in particular during movement. They can be repositioned several times.
